Theme Unit - Health & Career

Rules/Expectations,
Responsibility and Manners
Feelings

Students should learn to follow school rules and expectations to promote a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment. This includes being punctual, prepared, and respectful to others and property, as well as understanding and taking responsibility for their own actions, behavior, and learning. Expectations also include actively participating in class, and managing time. A good place to start is with listening/learner skills such as "Eyes Watching", "Ears Listening", "Voice Quiet" and "Body Still". Create a class charter of expectations and rules for your classroom.
